Bio About ME!!!

Lorrie Caplan-Shern inspires and uplifts people’s lives where ever she is because Lorrie loves life and loves love.

Lorrie has been in private practice as an Intuitive Life Coach for over 20 years.  As a Life Coach, she provides personal coaching services that make a profound contribution by helping people recognize the possibilities of their true identity.

Discovering her artistic abilities at mid life, she is a visual artist working in abstract watercolors and acrylics.

She and her playwright partner, Zoe Miller Lee, are putting the finishing touches on a comedy play based on a real life experience entitled The Princess and the Iguana.

Currently she is passionately co-writing pop songs with amazing musicians and co-writers in Colorado. In the fall of 2011, at the Durango Songwriter Expo she and her partner, Lee Johnson entered the songwriting contest in the category POP and placed within the top three a song entitled Yesterdays News. While writing Giving Birth To My Parents,, Lorrie realized that she was so damned lucky to come from where she came from. Her next book  to be published by Summerland Publishing is entitled How to Have A Sacred Marriage & Eleven Boyfriends. It’s about celebrating marriage through honesty, integrity and humor.

Lorrie Caplan-Shern has been married to her husband and partner, Food Stylist Stephen Shern ( for 27 years. All of what she does is dedicated to her beloved for everything her husband is for her.
